Apple's iOS 11 to restrict logging into apps using social media platforms

Alexa and Google Assistant don't have those limitations.

Just like the gentle nudge you do to your friend when you want him to see the guy holding the Samsung Galaxy S8 next to you, Apple has been trying to get app developers to pay attention to its desires, Apple wants these code monkeys to write using 64-bit code only. The speaker would be Apple's answer to Amazon Echo series or Google Home devices. Both speakers can respond to voice requests for the news, weather and tasks such as turning on the lights. Year-over-year, the number of US consumers using voice-activated assistant devices is up 128.9%, according to eMarketer. Indeed, its Echo speaker will have 70.6% of users this year. Apple might also allow third-party developers to design watch faces for Apple Watch and announce a new store for the same.

Not much is known about the fourth iteration of Apple's operating system for its smartwatches at this point in time. For instance, Apple initially resisted enlarging the size of iPhone's screen despite strong sales for larger-display phones made by Samsung and other rivals. Apple, by contrast, has been stubborn about letting outsiders tap the power of Siri, and the company has fallen behind as a result.

He said that iOS 10 had almost 96 per cent satisfaction with 86 per cent iPhone users installing the update as compared to only seven per cent Android users who installed Android Nougat - the latest version of Google's operating system. "Apple will try to replicate what it did with the iPod, starting as a music device and then progressively morphing it into the iPhone with a range of apps and services". It's essentially a software event, which gives the tech firm a chance to show external developers its plans about forthcoming releases. The operating system running on all iPhones and iPads updates to version number 11 within the upcoming months. The next iOS may also have new features designed for artificial intelligence, the application of computers that learn and understand things like humans.

iOS 11 on iPad will also introduce drag and drop, which will let you drag items from one app into another.

The expected upgrade to the iPad Pro is expected to be a 10.5 inch avatar with the same physical dimensions of its 9.7-inch predecessor.
