Livestreaming while driving under influence, teen kills sister in fatal vehicle crash”

An 18-year-old woman from Stockton, California has been arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter in connection with a crash that killed her 14-year-old sister-and she livestreamed the entire incident on Instagram. Neither 14-year-old girl was wearing a seatbelt.

Obdulia Sanchez was not seriously injured.

Jacqueline Sanchez was one of two 14-year-old girls in the 2003 Buick that Obdulia Sanchez was driving westbound down Henry Miller Road around 6:40 p.m. The video then cuts to Obdulia looking at the camera, kneeling next to the apparent lifeless body and calmly saying that her sister was dead, before shaking her to get up.

"I f****** love my sister to death".

Sanchez says she knows she is going to jail for life and apologizes for what she has done. "If you don't survive, I'm so (expletive) sorry".

S Korea offers rare talks with North on tensions, family reunions
It was the Moon government's first formal proposal for talks with North Korea since its May 10 inauguration. Suh said he expected a "positive response" to the idea, without elaborating on what he meant by hostility.

According to reports, Mary Hernandez, a friend of Sanchez's friend, recorded the disturbing video from Instagram before it expired after 24 hours. According to California Highway Patrol, Sanchez lost control of the vehicle and ended up driving into a barbed wire fence and then into a field, where the auto overturned. "Look", Sanchez said, pointing her phone at her sister's bloodied head. I killed my sister, but I don't care. "This is the last thing I wanted to happen to us but it just did", Sanchez says in the video.

Ms Sanchez Estrada, meanwhile, was sitting in the back of the auto without a seat belt and was killed when she was ejected from the vehicle. The other passenger sustained major trauma to her right leg, according to KTXL.

They do confirm that Friday evening Sanchez was with her 14-year-old sister, Jacqueline Sanchez, and another 14-year-old when she started to leave the roadway, over-corrected, and crashed. She shot video of her next to her lifeless sister.

A Gofundme page set up to pay for funeral expenses for Jacqueline Sanchez Estrada. The girl was preparing to celebrate her quinceañera on Sunday, her family said.

Obdulia is now being detained at Merced County Jail on charges of vehicular manslaughter while under the influence.
