' We're on the Right Path': Trump Responds to Senator Corker's WWIII Accusations

' We're on the Right Path': Trump Responds to Senator Corker's WWIII Accusations”

Bob Corker of Tennessee asserted during an interview that the majority of his Republican colleagues privately believe that President Donald Trump is prone to making dishonest statements. "Was made to sound a fool, and that's what I'm dealing with".

Some top Republicans are already sending mixed messages in their complaints about the Trump tax plan, even though the final version of the revenue reform measure has yet to be written.

Sunday evening, after the senator and president traded insults on Twitter, Corker said he feared Trump's impulsiveness on the world stage might put the planet "on the path to World War III". "I think that's a decision for Sen".

"A lot of people think that there is some kind of "good cop, bad cop" act underway, but that's just not true", Corker told the Times.

Besides the AK 47 rifles and pistols, some grenades were also recovered from the possession of the militants, said officials. The body of the second terrorist is yet to be retrieved. "Three personnel have been injured".

"I understand we're on the record".

The feud between Corker and Trump had escalated this weekend when the President tweeted that the outgoing senator "begged" for his endorsement before declining to run for re-election. Trump later picked the much taller Rex Tillerson for the job.

Corker, the former mayor of Chattanooga, has said in recent days that Trump behaves as if he's still on a reality TV show, that White House aides have to run an adult day care, and Corker suggested Trump's bluster and threats toward North Korea could set the USA on a path to World War III. He added, "I know [Trump] has hurt, in several instances, he's hurt us as it relates to negotiations that were underway by tweeting things out". Corker also helped tutor Trump on foreign affairs, and he in turn considered the senator as a possible running mate and secretary of state.

The clash between Corker and Trump highlights fraying relations between the President and the men and women in Congress who the White House needs to deliver on the agenda Trump ran on. Trump believes US corporations are the highest taxed in the world and that the people of the United States desperately want to be relieved of burdensome taxes.
