Six Companies Won't Advertise On 'Hannity' After Roy Moore Interview

Six Companies Won't Advertise On 'Hannity' After Roy Moore Interview”

Hannity's new favorite pastime is retweeting videos of fans destroying their coffee makers in a show of solidarity.

Using hashtags #BoycottKeurig or #SmashYourKeurig, Hannity has been retweeing and commenting on the reverse boycott of a former brand sponsor of his show.

A group of companies have chose to pull their advertisements from Sean Hannity's programming following the host's coverage of disgraced Alabama GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore.

Though most of the non-advertisers didn't give specific reasons for their absence from Hannity, their decisions were disclosed in responses to complaints about Sean Hannity's radio interview with Moore Thursday. He told Hannity he didn't know Corfman and that he didn't remember "dating any girl without the permission of her mother".

Keurig, Realtor.com, DNA-testing service 23 and Me, plus-size clothing company Eloquii, and vitamin company Nature's Bounty all announced their decisions over the weekend.

"Liberals are offended by this video of a Keurig being thrown off of a building", one user by the name Collin Rugg tweeted, along with a video of a coffee maker being thrown off a balcony.

In Alabama, the legal age of consent is 16 and, until 2003, 14-year-olds were legally allowed to get married.

Roy Moore Accuser Describes 1977 Assault: I Was "Begging Him To Stop"
These attacks involve minors and they are completely false and untrue - about something that happened almost 40 years ago. Walker was asked in the Sunday interview if Moore should bow out of the race in the light of the allegations.

Trying the Google Files Go App: Initial Impressions
The app will allow you to create your own profile and will allow you to send even large file apps quickly and without issues. Due to the word Go in the name, it's also being speculated that Files Go might be a part of Google's Android Go initiative.

Security Firm Charges Mariah Carey With $700000 in Bills, Sexual Harassment
The draft complaint also states that he was promised another two year deal which would have earned him $511,000 (£389,000). According to TMZ , the Hero hit-maker's former security company has threatened the star with a lawsuit.

Hannity also advised his viewers and listeners not to "rush to judgment" about the allegations and speculated that Moore's alleged contact with teenagers could've been consensual.

In response to Carusone, Keurig tweeted Saturday, "Angelo, thank you for your concern and for bringing this to our attention". "I just-I don't know how you find out the truth". But the announcement by Keurig (gmcr) prompted his supporters to pledge a boycott of the company. It came as left-wing media watchdog Media Matters urged critics to pressure sponsors to pull their ads.

Later, on his television show, Mr. Hannity said that the statement "was absolutely wrong" and that he "misspoke".

What's your take on all of this - are people right to be mad at Keurig for pulling its ads from Hannity's show?

While some conservatives on Twitter have hailed the apology as a victory, others who have condemned Moore's alleged actions felt it was an unnecessary concession.

Previous boycotts of Fox News shows have proved devastating to hosts: Dozens of companies pulled their ads from Bill O'Reilly's show on Fox News after the New York Times revealed in April that Fox and O'Reilly had agreed to a series of secret settlements over harassment allegations. Gamgort reminded staffers that the company advertises on all the major cable channels, rather than just Fox News.
