"We will emerge more strongly if you try to suppress us", said Saeed, who was listed as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist by the US.

The posters were exhibited at Greenline Train, Tezgam Express, Khyber Mail and Jafar Express Train while banners were displayed at all big railway stations including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Noshehra, Lalamusa, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Khanewal, Sakhar, Rohri, Nawabshah, Karachi, Haiderabad, Sibbi and Quetta to express solidarity with the Kashmiri people.

Mr Abbasi underscored the need to involve the Pakistani and Kashmir diaspora to further highlight the Kashmir issue and the "gross human rights violations" allegedly committed by the Indian forces.

In such a situation, Pakistan is the only worldly support for Kashmiri people which raises the human rights issues at relevant quarters and tries to convince the worldwide community to address the Kashmir dispute which has become a nuclear flashpoint and has endangered the peace and stability of the south Asian region.

Meanwhile, JKPL spokesman thanked Pakistan for observing 5th February as the day of solidarity with the oppressed people of Jammu and Kashmir.

The Pakistani ambassador added, "Recently, the Indian forces have employed new tactics [against the Kashmiris] ..., blinding thousands of innocent civilians by pellet guns".
